Retrieve billing
GET /rest/v1/billing
Current plan, status, renewal date, payment method, usage, recent invoices and, for every plan and interval, whether the store can switch to it right now and, if not, why (e.g. "The store has 3 accounts on one channel; Pro allows 2 per channel."). Stores billed through Shopify, Wix or WooCommerce.com can read here but manage billing on that platform (managed_elsewhere). Requires billing:read.

apiKey AuthorizationBearer <token>
Authorization: Bearer nbl_live_... (or nbl_test_... for test mode). Test-mode writes are validated and simulated but never persisted and never touch channels; simulated results are marked simulated.
