your browser — it tells you whether the API is reachable right now and how
fast it answers from where you are.
If your integration sees errors while this page shows the API as operational,
check the error reference and your own
request logs in Settings → Developers → Logs. Still stuck? Write to
developer@nembol.com quoting a request_id.
