Close a company

POST /rest/v1/accounts/{id}/close

POST
/accounts/{id}/close

Billing stops today (prorated). Its listings stay on the channels and its data is kept, like any Nembol user who leaves. Cannot be reopened. Because it is irreversible, it asks for a two-step confirmation: the first call answers 409 confirmation_required with a summary and a one-time token; repeat the same request with Nembol-Confirmation: <token>. Closing a company that is already closed is idempotent: 200 with the company, no confirmation. Required scope: accounts:manage.

AuthorizationBearer <token>

Authorization: Bearer nbl_live_... (or nbl_test_... for test mode). Test-mode writes are validated and simulated but never persisted and never touch channels; simulated results are marked simulated.
