Enable eBay Business Policies
POST /rest/v1/channel_accounts/{id}/enable_business_policies
eBay accounts only. Publishing to eBay needs the account enrolled in eBay Business Policies (every listing carries shipping, payment and return policies). Connecting never enrolls the seller, because it changes their eBay account for good: eBay then creates policies from their active listings. This call does it explicitly, the same as opening the eBay settings in the Nembol dashboard, and sets the account's default policies. It asks for the two-step confirmation: the first call answers 409 confirmation_required with a token; repeat it with Nembol-Confirmation. Right after enrolling, eBay migrates the policies in the background: the answer is pending; call again a few minutes later to get ready with the policies set. An account already enrolled answers ready and nothing changes on eBay. Requires channels:write.
Authorization
apiKey Authorization: Bearer nbl_live_... (or nbl_test_... for test mode). Test-mode writes are validated and simulated but never persisted and never touch channels; simulated results are marked simulated.
