Create a cancellation link
POST /rest/v1/billing/cancel_link
The person confirms the cancellation (and may give a reason) on the provider's page. Access continues until the end of the paid period; undo it with POST /billing/manage_link before then. Trials have nothing to cancel (nothing_to_cancel). Requires billing:manage.
Authorization
apiKey Authorization: Bearer nbl_live_... (or nbl_test_... for test mode). Test-mode writes are validated and simulated but never persisted and never touch channels; simulated results are marked simulated.
