List actions
GET /rest/v1/actions
The store's action log, newest first: every change made through the API (and channel-settings changes made in the dashboard), with who made it and field-level before/after values. Kept 90 days. Requires events:read or products:read.
Authorization
apiKey Authorization: Bearer nbl_live_... (or nbl_test_... for test mode). Test-mode writes are validated and simulated but never persisted and never touch channels; simulated results are marked simulated.
